Available for Australian, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Canadian customers. Simply shop and proceed to checkout as usual. At checkout, you will choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will then be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details. If you are already an Afterpay user, just log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES

Australia & New Zealand 3 – 7 business days

International delivery times are calculated at checkout. Shipped via Australia Post.

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order’s delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website.

International duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs authority for details.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your BY TWICE BLESSED purchase.

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund, exchange or online credit to use towards your next BY TWICE BLESSED purchase, minus the cost of shipping.

Any sale items are final sales and can not be credited or exchanged unless faulty.

REFUND/EXCHANGE CRITERIA

Request for refund, exchange or credit is made within 10 days of receiving the garment.

Garment tags are still attached to the item and the garment is returned unwashed or altered in any way from its original form.

If your garment does not meet any of the above criteria a refund will not be processed and shipping cost remains the responsibility of the customer.

We’re so sorry. Please email sales.by@twiceblessed.com.au with your order number and a photo of the fault/issue. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
